Programs
This year marks the eleventh year of the flagship program of PICO Kids, which combines technological and scientific activities along with the development of 21st-century skills.
The excellence program is designed for 6th-12th graders and aims to enhance education in the fields of scientific, technological, and social entrepreneurship by exposing participants to variety of topics via enjoyable and experimental education, combined with advanced technologies.
The participants will build models, do experiments, and will hold meetings with entrepreneurs and scientists to stimulate their curiosity and encourage creativity and groundbreaking ideas.
Additionally, there is an emphasis on developing 21stcentury skills including fostering creative thinking, sharpen presentation skills both in writing and speaking, teamwork, conducting in-depth research, and promoting environmental and social awareness.
We at PICO Kids believe in creating an educational and achieving continuum, starting from elementary school, through middle school, and all the way to high school.
Selected graduates become part of PICO Kids’ mentoring and training system as a personal example of excellence.
The annual program will take place at PICO marketplace which is a unique creative facility located in the heart of Talpiot neighborhood and is equipped with state-of-the-art technological tools in the field of digital creation.
