Lunar Greenhouse: Mission to the Moon Makeathon

A greenhouse for sprouting potatoes (which are easiest to grow in given conditions), then transferring the sprouts to large greenhouses located inside colonies on the moon. The oxygen that the plants produce will be recycled and used for humans to breathe.
